Safety is F3's primary objective. To ensure sites are compliant and working to safe operating standards, Safety Audit and Inspections are undertaken by F3. 

The role of Principal Designer is a requirement for any construction and demolition project. This role is set out under the Construction Design Management Regulations (CDM). F3 provides this role in ensuring the successful completion of the works for all involved. 

At F3 we provide and assist the contractor in preparation of task specific method statements for their site work, with level of details as required by the nature and type of the construction work and taking into account the specific site information.

F3 also provide advice to the contractors team on the development of the RAMS and the review of documents prior to use on site.

F3 provide the client or contractor with advice on Planned Lifting operations on site. F3 have an in-house Appointed Person to prepare and/or review any lifting documentation required. F3 also provide the service of Lift Supervisor for any lifting operations on site.

F3 provide outline and detail drawings specific to the working site and method of work. This can be along the lines of detailed sequence drawings or site plans. 

F3 will provide tailored Tool Box Talks for current site works or Safety Critical Information to reinforce the current working practices on site. 

To aide the client in the management of the site, F3 provide resident or visiting site management services for the completion of the project.

F3 also provide an administrative role to provide assistance to the client in the management of teams, personnel, local authorities, community groups, enforcing bodies and the emergency services.
